Private Yoga Sessions
Each private yoga session is geared toward you, your individual needs, and your goals. You’ll get clear on which yoga poses work (and don’t work) for your body. You’ll receive a sequence of poses specifically designed for your body at the time. That means you will develop the ability to listen to your body more and more.
Private yoga sessions provide the personal attention that can only be experienced by working one-on-one with your yoga teacher. Sessions include information about the next steps for you in improving your health: how to use what you have to get to where you want to go.
