A lot of us are feeling the stress of daily life. We may have husbands, wives, children, bosses, family, friends, bills, illnesses and other health issues that challenge us. I’m not here to tell you that yoga will resolve any of these issues. I’m here instead to share with you the fact that the different aspects of yoga can help you to find the strength and wisdom to deal with those challenges – so that they simply become experiences rather than dire situations.
My workshops are customized to meet the needs of the group. Each workshop is designed for you to learn how to take a look at the mental, spiritual and physical tools that are your birthright; organize them for effective use; and select the right one to handle the job you want to get done.
