Sometimes we wake up tired and depressed as a result of what happened yesterday.  I’ve learned from experience that it doesn’t have to be that way.  Finding the time and the space to shift to a more positive state of mind enables us to move forward despite yesterday’s experiences.  That’s why I’ve created the Eazy Effort Yoga Good Morning Sequence.  The recording encourages us to take the time to nurture the mind, body and spirit before rising.
